At UGGPLANET, we stand by the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 10-day return and exchange window from the date you receive your order.

📋 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, please ensure:

  • Timeframe: Your return request is emailed and the item is posted within 10 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all UGGPLANET tags and packaging intact.

  • Identification: You must include your original packing slip (or a note with your order number) inside the parcel.

I confirm that the items are unworn, in original condition, and still have all tags attached.


⚠️ Important Shipping & Refund Information

  • Return Postage: For change-of-mind or sizing issues, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service.

  • Faulty or Incorrect Items: If we have sent you a faulty or incorrect product, please email a photo of the issue to info@uggplanet.com.au. We will assess the claim and provide a resolution immediately.

  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
