Shipping & Delivery Policy
At UGGPLANET, we strive to process and dispatch your orders as quickly as possible. We partner with Australia Post and other premium couriers to ensure your purchase arrives safely.
π Shipping Times & Tracking

Order Processing: Please allow 1β2 business days for our team to prepare your order for dispatch.

Delivery Estimates: * Australia: 3β14 business days from the date of dispatch (depending on your location).

New Zealand: Delivery times vary based on international transit schedules.

Tracking: Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your parcelβs journey.
Note: Once your parcel is handed over to the courier, delivery times are beyond our control. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates or times.
β οΈ Delivery Issues & Fees
To maintain our fast service, the following fees apply to delivery errors or changes:

Incorrect Address / Returned to Sender: If a parcel is returned to us because an incorrect address was provided, a $15 fee (shipping + restocking) will apply to resend it.

Order Cancellation (Returned Parcels): If you choose to cancel your order after it has been returned to us, a $15 fee will be deducted from your total refund.

Refused Deliveries: If you refuse delivery of your parcel, a $15 fee will be deducted from your refund.

Unclaimed Stock: If a parcel is returned to sender, we will email you to confirm the correct address. We will hold your items for two weeks only; if we receive no response, the stock will be released.
π Order Modifications & Cancellations
Our system is designed for speed. Once an order is confirmed, it is sent immediately to our warehouse for picking.

Before Dispatch: If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact info@uggplanet.com.au immediately. A $10 restocking fee applies to cancellations made before dispatch.

After Dispatch: Once an order has been processed or handed to the courier, we cannot make any changes.

Redirecting Parcels: If your tracking number has been issued, you may be able to redirect the parcel yourself via your Australia Post - MyPost account.
π¦ Packaging & Warranty Disclaimer
We take great care in packing your order securely. Please note:

Our warranty applies strictly to the product itself.

It does not cover external packaging, such as shoeboxes, shipping cartons, or filler paper.

Minor damage to packaging that occurs during transit is not considered a product fault and is not eligible for compensation.

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, UGGPLANET reserves the right to refuse a refund or replacement if:

You simply changed your mind (outside of our 10-day return window).

The product was misused in a way that caused the problem.

You requested a service against our advice or were unclear about your requirements.

The issue was caused by circumstances completely outside of our control.
